The true Arkham trilogy by developer Rocksteady has to go down as one of the greatest video game trilogies of all time. In between Arkham City and Arkham Knight, however, came the actual third game in the franchise, Arkham Origins, which was brought to us by the way of Warner Bros. Montreal. Origins wasn’t a bad game, but it is viewed as the pointless instalment of the Arkham series. Rocksteady returned with what was then thought to be the final game with the incredible Arkham Knight.
Well, from a screenshot taken by Warner Bros. Montreal’s recruitment video by an Arkhamverse forum user by the name of http://forums.arkhamverse.com/viewtopic.php?f=74&t=58163, it seems Arkham Knight will not be the last time we see the Caped Crusader.
The dark figure in the centre of the screen looks an awful lot like Batman, and with the studio’s history with the Dark Knight, it would make sense they would be developing a new Batman game, even though Rocksteady have mentioned in numerous interviews that Arkham Knight would be their final Batman game.
Which game would Warner Bros. Montreal be making? Could it be “Arkham Origins 2” or a completely new game starring everyone’s favourite private detective/superhero?
