EA has launched Origin Access for PC, costs £3.99 a month

EA has announced that it has launched Origin Access for PC, which will give PC gamers access to a number of PC games on Origin for a fixed monthly fee of £3.99.

This new service for PC is similar to the Xbox One version of EA Access which allows subscribers to play any of EA’s games which are included in the subscription as well as early access and discounts on other titles purchased in the Xbox Store.

Origin Access for PC will give you access to 15 of EA’s games on the PC platform Origin as well as access to certain games before they are released for a limited time as well as receiving a 10 per cent discount on all Origin purchases.

Some of the games you get access to include Sim City, The Sims 3 and FIFA 15. Unfortunately it appears that EA aren’t going to be allowing Origin Access members to some of its more recent titles such as The Sims 4, Star Wars: Battlefront or FIFA 16. Below is the full launch line-up of games.

  • Battlefield 3
  • Battlefield 4
  • Battlefield Hardline
  • Dragon Age: Origins
  • Dragon Age 2
  • Dragon Age: Inquisition
  • Sim City
  • The Sims 3
  • FIFA 15
  • Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare
  • Need for Speed Rivals
