Resident Evil 2 Remake Announced by Capcom

Fans of the Resident Evil franchise should be happy to know that Resident Evil 2 which originally was released for the PlayStation, is now being remade. There is still no news on the release date or even what platform it will launch on. All news comes from a video  from the Capcom R&D Division 1.

The original article from Capcom states that it may take time until more news on the remake is announced. It seems that the remake is very early in development, but it has been announced nonetheless.

With the first Resident Evil being available in Remastered form early this year, it is great to see the first games of the franchise on the newest gen consoles.
